12/03/2026 Reason: Recheck anal glands History: Was boarded at Mountains Vet for 4 nights Last night was a bit relucent to eat but took meds and eventually finished food Was scooting bum and acting painful O wonders if she doesn't have regular BM when boarded No v/d/s/c Vital Signs: WNL Dehydration assessment: Euhydrated MM moist no skin tent PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Appearance: BAR; BCS 5/9 Rectal exam: AGE: R AG full of medication but still reactive to flushing; L AG full of thick purulent material Assessment/Problem List: Bilateral anal sacculitis, recurrent, L worse than R today Treatment: Flushed both AGs with saline 5ml each using 22G catheter tip Replaced PMP and infused 0.5ml in each AG Plan: Recheck in 1 week for another AGE +/- flush and infusion O not going away for a few months so hopefully does not have issues with BM - KM
