HISTORY:
(going well after polyp removed from L ear canal 25/2 )
Current Medications: (baytril otic L ear daily)

EXAMINATION:
LEFT EAR
pinna:(nad)
canal:(site of polyp removal healed, distal canal still narrow with sm amt discharge but can vis TM today)
cytology:(short rods, occ cocci)
still yelped with otoscopic exam

ASSESSMENT:(ongoing Rod OE
previous culture grew staph sens to baytril
histopath confirmed inflam polyp - no margins at time of removal)

TREATMENT PLAN:
(resume otoflush 15mins prior to baytril drops - to breakdown biofilm first)

Next Revisit: (2wks - if run out of drops sooner, dispense aurizon as CCS likely to help canal)
