LN: NadEyes/Ears: NADAssessment: 1 grape in 9.2kg dog -> very low risk of toxicity, current recommendations are emesis if >1grape /4.5kg Owner still wishes to induce emesis. Treatment: 1/2 apomorphine tablet rubbed into gingiva with muzzle placed. Emesis > pieces of green grape + multiple large pieces of material (black and purple colour)Metoclopromide 0.3mg/kg IM injClient Communication:Discussed most of green grape is vomited up and do not anticipate any further issues from this. Discussed large quantity of black/purple material in vomitus - owner advises that Rupert chewed up a sock 3 days ago, owner did not think he had ingested any, just chewed. Advised this would have been a risk of GI obstruction had it remained in his stomach. There is of course a risk that some of this material has already passed into the intestinal area therefore please monitor for any signs of inappetance, vomiting, nausea, lack of stool, in the coming days.    Vital Signs    Weight: 9.2;
