In w/ Adam Doing much better today Slept a lot Ate for the first time this morning. 1/2 serve of C/R. Never a big eater. Much brighter now Softer stools, not actual diarrhoea. No vomiting Cerenia would have worn off around 3hrs prior to todays visit O managing the tablets, has to force them down. BAR in consult mm p<2 Comfortable abdo Well hydrated T 39.1 (Needed nurse hold as much stronger today) Complete clav course Monitor for any nausea Gradual merge onto reg diet as of tomorrow Review if concerns
