<p>Hx:<br>- Mark presented Paddington<br>- BIOP 6 weeks ago from Nowra Rescue with Marmalade (one month younger). Getting on very well.<br>- Intermittent non-productive cough since 6 weeks ago - thought initially from dusty clay litter. Switched to tofu litter and now another one (unsure which one now). Frequency: once per day<br>- No sneezing, no pattern<br>- Diet: Kibble only (was having Black Hawk/ now on another pet food brand)(were giving dry and wet, one had loose stool so switched to kibble only)<br>- Vaccination: 11/02/2026 RCP<br>- indoor for now<br>- Worming: milbemax given 11/02/2026 <br><br>MC: 991003003278718<br><br>PE:<br>- eyes bright, gums pink and moist, crt: 1-2, most adult teeth through, submandibular lymph node enlargement due to adult teeth eruption. HR: 184, pulses synchronous, regular rhythm, inspiratory stridor, referred URT noise when purring, abdo palp NAD. T: 39.36. BCS: 5/9<br><br>Dx:<br>- URT infection<br>- hyperthermic<br><br>Tx:<br>- TGH oral doxycycline - 10-14 day course, 1 notch vibravet BID<br>- Disc worming - due this month then annually is ok as low risk<br>- Consider external parasite control<br>- well on examination otherwise</p>
