- Revisit if swelling, discharge, lethargy, or inappetence occurs.

History:
- EDUD = WNL
- BAR the day after the procedure
- Wounds healing well. Discharge noted on the first day but normal since then
- Ramps set up around the house and stairs access closed off. Going on 10 minute walks each day that Atlas is managing
- O dispensed meloxicam from Capital. Daily for 1 month. Giving medication as prescribed 
- No concerns from O
