PRESENTING COMPLAINT: ingested dark chocolate and v+ once at home, dose is in the red zone on chart (as per nurse calculations)

HISTORY:
- ingested dark drinking chocolate 20mins prior to presentation, v+ once at home prior to presentation
- not on any meds 
- otherwise fit/healthy 

CLINICAL FINDINGS: 
- fit to induce emesis, nsf on clinical exam

TREATMENT:
- apomorphine on mms 
- metomide 0.2mg/kg to reverse

CLIENT COMMUNICATION/PLAN:
- monitor for chocolate toxicity symptoms at home, represent if any start 
- declined activated charcoal
