History: Wilbur presented today for recheck L ear. Have been using Surolan for the last two weeks.  From breeder. Going well at home, groomer told them discharge in the L ear last week. Active and playful at home, no lumps/bumps to report. EDDU as per normal, current diet is Lyka and blackhawk dry food. No vomiting or diarrhoea to report. UTD with ST and drontal. Examination: CV: normal rate and rhythm, no murmur or arrhythmias auscultated today, SSFPResp: lung fields sound clear, no crackles or wheezes auscultated EENT: no ocular or nasal discharge, L ear small amount of discharge present. TM intact. Lymph: submandibular, prescapular and popliteal all palpate normally Abdo: soft and comfortable on palpation, NAD, no hernias palpated Musc: normal gait, good ROM, no pain elicited on flexion/extension of all joints in all four limbs Integ: well-kept coat Dental: 1/4!
