Came in for suture removal, dog v difficult to handle. has been scratching wound/stiches on neck, owners concerned may need more intervention. Large scab- removed- removed 2 sutures, 5cm open wound, v superficial - cleaned with chlorhex, - advised owner, keep clean, do not let dog scratch. Re-check if concerned but should heal on its own.
