More likely due to weight bearing on toes 2,4 and 5DDx arthritis but this is between the joints at back of metacarpals, neoplasia unlikelyPlan:Rest and onsior 1 monthHopefully this is an acute injury we can get to settle downIf firm area increasing in size then advise imagingIf staying the same but regresses once of medications and with exercise then we will need long term medication and exercise plan.
