History: On Saturday went for walk, yelped and raising right front foot. Since then has been licking +++ at the area between D4/5.

0.5mL lignocaine instilled, small stab incision made. Definite tract/pocketing underlying swelling but could not find any evidence of GS. 
Small bandage applied

Assessment: possibly grass seed RF, cannot be 100% definite. 

Will do 48hrs nsaids, but INI tentatively booked for explore on thursday, wednesday evening RV booked to confirm/cancel this. 
Explained not doing abs today as will mask presence of GS
