11/03/2026 REASON: Vomiting / diarrhoea Had 5-7x vomits overnight. Lethargic. Eating but v+ straight away afterwards. Looks like last nights dinner also on lawn. Straining to defecate and only small amounts of liquidy d+. BAR. MM: pink + moist. CRT: 2s. HR: 80, no murmur. Abdo palp: some discomfort cranially, no obvious masses palpated. Provided 3ml Prevomax SC (tolerated well). Prokolin BID PO as needed + bland diet. Recheck INB.
