Allergic dermatitis. Assessment: Pruritic but has caused only a bit of trauma to tail. Treatment: Cytopoint, Apoquel if needed. Neocort if needed. Plan: Monitor response to cytopoint and if needed then add Apoquel. If still licking tail then start Tx with Neocort. On-going medications required: Y/N (use prescription tab for further supply): Apoquel and Neocort. Followup: 1 month.
