Gained 300 grams.Abdomen palpates as to not detect thickened intestinal loops and is not painful. There is no evidence of any inflammation around her anus which was very inflamed. The diagnosis is either of IBD or intestinal lymphoma. Options are to either continue the daily dosing of metronidazole and declining dose of cortisone or to introduce leukeran twice weekly in case of intestinal lymphoma. Reduce microlone to SID and continue metrogyl 200mg 1/4 SID. Plan to commence leukeran once metrogyl finished.
