Lethargic and sleepy all day. Ate cooked chicken bone yesterday (ground portion). Ate one can of Hills ID diet in consult. Sent home with probiotics (Pro-Kolin paste) - administer morning and night until finished. Continue Hills ID diet at home - warm in microwave for 15 seconds. Can reduce to once daily once stool normalises, continue for 3-4 days after normal stool achieved.- Recommendations: Never feed cooked chicken bones to dogs. Well hydrated     - EENT: Both ears clean, no inflammation, erythema or brown ceruminous discharge, or malodour. Eyes open, no epiphora, no discharge or blepharospasm. Nose is clean, no ulcerations and moist, nostrils are symmetrical.    - Oral Cavity: All juvenile teeth present. Mucous membranes pink and moist. CRT <1sec    - CV: Heart sounds good, no murmur, no arrhythmia    - Resp: Lung sounds good, no bronchovesicular sounds, no crackles or wheezes    - Urogenital: Two testicles descended. - Integument: WNL. No signs of erythema or pruritus. Quick skin tent. - Musculoskeletal: Normal gait. Stifles WNL. - Rectum: Clean.
