MUS/SKEL>   lF dew claw is half pulled off & tender, evidence inflammation & a little bleeding around nail base not swollen 

Assessment: (nail pull injury but not loose at nail bed )
Laboratory: ()
Treatment: clean &  trim nail short & apply flamazine dressing & 2 days meloxicam- but apprently had GIT issues with this at time desexing 
O have baby panadol - togive .4ml PO sid for 2-3 days  ()

Plan: ( I have not put sticky elastoplast on his fur so if bandage comes off O will come in to have replaced 
recheck bandage change sat or Monmday or may not need another if leaves it alone
