Owners ring: diagnosed with CHF last friday with MG > HCM? Started on frusemide BID 10mgRR sleeping, highs of 21s, lows of 18s eating OK. mobility has been poor since visit. weight today is 5.9kg 10mg frusemide BID since friday + saturday + sunday Plan: Continue BID dosing, ring me Wednesday. dispened temvet as pain relief, as owners believe Chilli is painful with his legs @ home esp back legs. 10x 0.17ml Q6-12hours as pain relief of buprenorphine 300ug/ml.
