Reason: Need Meds - POST AECHistory: had 8d of amoxyclav and was going well. Within 24 hours of finishing meds breathing up again, blocked runny nose with discharge. Had eaten todayExamine: mm pk<2s HR200 RR70 increased breath sounds, some residual discharge on nose, temp 39.9 abdo palp ok Assessment: pyrexia and bronchopneumonia?Plan: Xray: mainly to rule out pleural effusion/pulmonary oedema. Increased broncho intestitial pattern particularly in cranioventral lung lobes. TGH on clav increase dose as gained weight for 14d. O has an oxygen cage at home??
