Appointment Notes: recheck Subjective: Here for ear recheck today (last seen 1week ago) and treated for Bilateral OE (mixed infection) +/- TM rupture with Triz EDTA + Enrofloxacin + Dexapent and pred 100mg.  O having no trouble getting ear meds in.no v+ or d+EDDU No itching at ears since starting medications. Objective: BAR, allowed ear exam HR/PR/Cardio: 120bpm, normokinetic, no obvious murmur or arrhythmia   Temp:   39.1MM/CRT/Hydration: pink, moist <2s   RESP: clear, normal bronchovesicular sounds   GIT/UG: comfortable with abdominal palpation, unremarkable   Skin/Ears: Clean coat, well groomed. Bilaterally white exudate visible externally and internal ear canal. No erythema or stenosis. M/S: ambulating fine   Eyes: clean and bright  Dental: Gr1/4   Lymph Nodes: wnl   BCS: 5/9 Ear cytology: Bilaterally nil cocci, rods or malassezia. Debris present. Assessment: Bilateral OE resolved, white exudate likely residual from infection.Treatment: Epi Otic SIS ear cleaner in both ears BID 3-5d then as needed.Plan: Clear ears with epi otic SIS to help clear residual exudate from previous infection.Advised can clean with this when needed or after swimming etc.
