Reason: Follow Up KmAppointment Notes: Overdue reminders ------- Sms reply: YesHistory:Much less itchy since on apoquelIn for dressing change. Unsure if always getting all meds in.Examination:Buddy was bright and alert. He was very timid. He weighed 33.3 kg and had a normal bcs of 5/9 with a normal muscle score. The coat was thick and soft. The ears were ok. There was good dental health. Buddy was well hydrated. Vital signs were normal, mucosal colour pink. Abdominal palpation was unremarkable. Removed dressing - mild purulent discharge and some strike into sofban layer of dressing. Would prefer e collar over drdssing but O doesn't think can manage so will replace dressing - replaced as original dressing.Assessment:Wound mild purulent discharge. Recommend to give meds in one sitting rather than just on food.Plan:Re bandage and r/v in 3 days.Continue amoxiclav and apoquel Vital Signs
