Has had diarrhoea for last 5 days - doing lots of smaller amounts inside house overnight. No vomiting, still B&A and eating fine. On dry food and human grade minced pork or lean minced beef plus lactose free yoghurt. Gets variety of treats. Other dog recently had spinal Sx, so routine has changed. Both dogs on Nexgard spectra monthly plus 3mthly tapewormer. On exam, dog timid, but okay to examine. Temp 38.7C. M/m colour pink with normal crt. Gums moist. Teeth good. Heart/lungs sound N. Abdomen comfortable. Did not do rectal exam as dog quite reactive to having temp taken.Rx with amoxil and bland diet of lean cooked chicken for 3-4 days. Assuming diarrhoea improving, slowly wean back onto normal diet, but suggest just uses beef mince and cuts out pork. Inb discussed faecal tests. Vital Signs Weight: 11.3;
