RV bloods - for more meds Req TO unsure if actually needing more meds today, will advise on the day - EO Well at home, Megan reports seems back to normal, is energetic and happy. SRR about 40, stable. Spironolactone + benaz SID, frusemide BID, pimo BID, Potassium tablets 1.5 in morning, 1 at night. Recheck Lytes K 3.1 - still low. Discussed really unwilling to decrease frusemide as sleeping RR still quite high - increase K supplimentation? as is currently asymptomatic - has a great appetite, no vomiting etc. Other option will be to dose with spironolactine BID and attempt to decrease frusemide dose. To increase potassium to 2 tabs am, 1.5tabs pm.
