Appointment Reason: Vomiting and Diarrhoea, Appointment Notes: V&D still, passed part of soft toyExam and poss abdo X-RaysNCwas seen yesterday for vomiting and diarrhoea - given cerenia inj + prokolon seemed a little brighter at home after this - O had once ondansetron wafer left from gastro bout a few months ago - gave him this and seemed much brighter after this. this morning passed stools that was slightly more firm - had green fluffy inside of toy in it. no further vomiting throughout the day today slightly brighter than yesterday but generally still very lethargic. ate dinner well last night, refused all food today appart from a few treats only. mm pink, very lsightly tacky, crt <2 abdo palpation slightly tense far caudally, but otherwise no pain, no masses or fb palpable. temp 38.5 hr and rr wnl, chest clear BAR on exam.
