Animal was sedated with vuprenorphine and medetomidine IV.No limitations applied to this u/sound.The following organs were viewed during this examination: Bladder and bladder neck, prostate, L+R kidneys, spleen, liver and gall bladder, stomach, small intestines and pancreas.MILN were vaguely visible, but coudl nto get a clear image to measure.Examine: The L+R MILN were in the expected location, they were normal in echogenicity, echotexture and their margins were smooth. The bladder and bladder neck were normal in location, echogenicity, echotexture and their margins were smooth.The prostate was found in the normal location and was normal in echogenicity,echotexture and its margin was smooth and clearly defined. It measured 0.88cmThe L+R kidneys were found in the expected location and was normal in echogenicty, echotexture and the margins were smooth.They measured 3.35x1.8cm and 3.67x1.7cm respectively.The spleen was normal in its location, echogenicity, echotexture and its margins were smooth.The liver was normal in its location, echogenicity, echotexture and its margins were smooth.The hyperechogenic lesion previously noted measured 1.34x1.27cm, which is approximately 50% large than previosuly mesured 2.5 years ago.The gall bladder was normal in its location, size, echogenicity, echotexture and its wall were smooth. Its contents were quite herterogenous, with some hypoechogenic patches noted. It appeared to adhered to the gallbaldder wall.The stomach was found in the normal location, was normal in echogenicity, echotexture and the wall was smooth and measured 0.22cmThe small intestines were normal in echogenicity, echotexture and the wall measured 0.22-0.36cm. It displayed normal borborygmus.The pancreas was normal in location, echogenicity, echotexture and its margin was smooth. Differential Diagnosis: liver mass - mild growth in 2.5 years.Gbladder - likely mucocoele.Plan: Yvette to contact cleints with resutls and plan tomorrow.    Vital Signs
