History: Presents for dental checkParasite Control: not discussedowners were worried he may have fractured teeth their other female dog had a few fractured teeth and recently had them removed he is currently fed a raw diet of fruit, veggies and raw meat, owners are not adding any supplimets in they have previously fed bones but stopped when their other dog got fractures owners are finding it difficult to keep weight on him Exam:Mentation: BARCVS: HR = 100bpm,MM/CRT: pink Dental Grade: 0, very clean, no plaque built up, no gingivitis incisor 102 showing tooth germination, currently causing minimal crowding Plan:SHZ advised that this is currently not causing any issues but may cause overcrowding in the future which cpuld lead to bacteria building upadvised to have a vet visit in 3-6 months to check the teeth again
