No large grape components were identified.Medications administered:- Metoclopramide 0.5 mg SC @2350. PLAN:- Re-evaluation with the primary veterinarian in 2-3 days for a renal function blood test.- Monitor for changes in thirst, urination, appetite, or demeanour.- Feed a small meal tonight.- Home into owner's care. CLIENT COMMUNICATION:Discussed the risk of grape toxicity, which can cause acute kidney injury. Advised that although emesis was induced, some toxin may have been absorbed. Recommended strict monitoring at home for any signs of illness, including lethargy, vomiting, diarrhoea, increased or decreased thirst or urination. Emphasised the importance of a follow-up blood test in 2-3 days to assess kidney function. Instructed to feed a small meal.
