Appointment Notes: Request HR Follow up from the weekend and to discuss ongoing UTI DM Hx: Was in boarding kennel for a week or so until a week ago, Went to Family Vet Centre and tx for UTI with 5 days of Amoxyclav tablets and had some Apex PMP prescribed.However, Narelle is unable to administer that as her hands cant use the syringe.Lucy is still shaking the head.Lucy then improved a bit o the Amoxyclav but still running and squatting frequently with nothing coming out.Then started the Meloxicam last Saturday and has been more comfortable since then.Lucy is still shaking her head.Not showing Polyuria.Exam: Both ears pinna look red but left looks worse. No obvious discharge though.Plan: Needs a GA for Sterile Cystocentesis and ear check.Book in for tomorrow.
