CGHistory:This morning- approx 40mins ago- poss ate a dead cane toad but not sure Skin lesion RHS lip now improving Examine:RHS lip BARmm pink, CRT < 2 secondsCardiac and resp auscultation WNL Pulses normalHeart rate: 110Temp: 38.4Teeth in good conditionSkin and coat in good condition Abdo palpation normal- no pain/abnormal massesEyes/ears NSFLymph nodes all WNLNo skin tenting/hydration normal Plan: Clipped/cleaned skin lesion- O to apply betadine and neocort BID (has at home)discussed poss toad consumption- advised generally only high risk of eating/coming into contact with large live toad. And signs happen very quickly. If no signs by now then very low chance of any issues so just monitor
