11/03/2026 cPLI: NORMAL ABNORMAL 11/03/2026 hx went to NEVS, was extending her neck and became very restless. 2am went to NEVS and didnt find anything. was given nausea and pain injections. Settled for about 1 hour then became unsettled again. Hasnt wee/poo or had a drink. Last night 7pm had chicken. Yesterday arvo did a small watery vomit. UTD tick prevention, pe: mm pink and moist, seems unsettled and is pacing around the room, Intermittent weakness hind legs but had buprenorphine @ 4am so may be remanent effect of that. RR pant, hr 148, abdominal palpation not remarkable, is over weight so hard to palpate specific organs. Temp 38.4 (was elevated at NEVS) No pain on palpation of any of the joints, resents neck palpation to the LEFT, seems ok to the right. Up and down the internal stairs normally Right foreleg between pads 4/5 dermatitis, likely fungal. Both ears significant yeast appearance. Blood collected for Cpl snap biochem and heamatology Bloods: elevated WBC (neutrophils) and abnormal snap Discussed with Caroline may be neck pain and pancreatitis, but still vague presentation PLAN: IV fluids, Meloxicam 1.2ml sc and monitor. To consider antibiotics 3pm: no real changes, still groans when moves neck to left, Abdomen comfortable. PLAN: home this afternoon, further work up may include X rays of neck and abdomen. Home with amoxyclav 500mg bid for 5 days as a broad spectrum cover.
