Body Position for Surgery: Right lateral Clipped and skin prepared using single step preparation:1) 8% Chlorhex C + 80% Isopropyl Alcohol + 12% WaterProcedure: Hair clipped + prepped as above. 4 x red pigmented sun spots on right thorax and 2 x sun spots on medial aspect LH stifle. Cautery pen used to cauterize each sun spot. No bleeding or discharge. Recovery: Smooth Post-op medication: Meloxicam 0.2mg/kg SC - 0.73ml Take home Medications: Meloxicam oral - 18kg dose for 3 days -O has at home. Home Instructions: As per surgical handout, keep clean + pain relief for 3 days.
