1) hospitilisation for IVFT for 2 days and NSAID bloods now and again in 2 days
2) bloods now and in 2 days + charcoal and send home

O opting to keep in 

plan: 
IVC RC and bloods from R jugular for NSAID profile 
to stay in for 24hrs 
explained to O No overnight monitoring vets/nurses- o happy with this 
would like to retake bloods in 2 days

O n  oral flea & tick prevention

Examination Findings:- 
Hydration: normal
General demeanour: BAR
Temperature: NT
Cardiovascular: HR-166, nil murmur auscultated
Respiratory: clear lung sounds and normal effort
Abdomen: benign on palpation
Ophth:  conjunctiva pink, no discharge
Ears: nil discharge, butyeasty smell
Integument: eveidence of erythema on the axillae from chewing Salavia staing on the feet
Oral exam: mm pink and moist CRT 1-2 sec. Dental score 2
Peripheral LNs: wnl
Musculoskeletal: wnl
Gait: walks normally
Neurological: alert, mentation WNL 
Rectal exam: nil - limited to thermometer bulb exam only/formed normal coloured faeces

Assessment:-
Contact allergy and superfiacl localised dermatitis
Localised moist dermatitis
Interdigital dermatitis

Rx
- Conveni inj 1.6 ml s/c
- Dexafort ing 3 mg s/c
- Necort for topical application prn
- PMP ear drops

R/V after 7 d for ear cytology
