Reason: check up and cartrophen injection

History: os have elected not to work up nose lesions as do not seem to be bothering dog. Not sneezing, no nasal discharge at present

Environment: 
Diet: doing well on z/d diet

Examination :  Demeanour:BAR,  BS=  5-6/ 9    DS=   / 4          
HR=normal rate and rhythm no murmur   RR= panting    MM=  pink, CRT, 2 secs  
nose looks similar to last time- pigment loss, superficial mucosal erosion medial left nostril- has not bled since last time. Smaller patch medial aspect right nostril. no facial pain, face is symmetrical, submandibular Lns are normal. no obvious nasal discharge

Lab: 

Assessment: have discussed with owners that there is a small chance of a treatable condition- fungal infection eg. Auto immune less likely given that lesion worsened on pred tx

Treatment: cartophen 1.1 mls SQ
