Abdo: NAD MS: NAD BCS: 5/9 Assessment: 2cm laceration L flank Treatment: amoxyclav 500mg bid 7 days metacam 23kg dose Plan:admit for sedation to staple wound tomorrow morning - just too wriggly/anxious to do conscious today.
