Was adopted from rescue group in November
Is settling in well
Getting on well with other cats
Strictly indoor or outdoor in catio
EDUD as normal
Eating very well
Very playful
No sneezing or respiratory signs
Os have noticed TEL sometimes is slightly visible when sleeping/resting or in darker space/comes across eye slightly 
No bleparhospasm. Has always had very slight intermittent discharge in corner of eye but no active discharge
Lost other kitten to suspected FIP last year so just feeling anxious regarding Moon & wanting checkup

Still has both upper deciduous canines
NAD cardiac auscultation, NMA
NAD lung sounds
NAD abdo palp
Eyes NAD- no blepharospasm, no inflammation, pupils NAD 

Communication
Discussed clinically appears well currently & no other changes. Discussed option of diagnostics if Os really concerned & given rescue kitten (bloods, respiratory swabs etc) but currently no clinical signs/indication of illness. Os happy to monitor.
Discussed deciduous canines- recommend book for GA & removal if not out on their own in next mth.
