Very hungry on steroids Keen to go on walks - wanting to go much further, gets very excited to go on walks but O has been restricting as per instructions. Examine:Eyes, ears, nose NAD, MM pink, moist, CRT <2sec, panting in consult but no harsh respirtory sounds, had one cough x 2 then stopped, no effort, lung fields (stertor on ausculation from URT) but no crackles, abdo palp NAD, LNs wnls. Discussed Plan:- Reduce theophylline to 200mg SID in am - Continue to wean prednisolone - Completed AB course - Continue Codeine BID    Vital Signs    Weight: 12.4;
