EF request for follow up call: how is she going? really needs rvJM - doing much better, off meds and starting to walk, will fall but tries again, still scared using litter tray of falling in so conitiuing to toilet on puppy pads, will book app/call if concerned

Hx: Off meloxicam now, seems a bit better, less weak? But still can't stand or move around. Did pull herself up onto the bed by her front legs once. Exam: BAR, able to support herself on her front legs (less shaky than last week) but not able to stay standing on back legs, paw placing absent, withdrawal present, ataxic when attempting to stay standingPlan: If CT not an option then recommend adding SAA blood test to try and rule in/out an inflammatory or immune med cause (O declined today), or next step for tx trial would be trying pred. O wants to see how she goes off meds first - given she's shown some improvement, ok to monitor for 1-2 weeks but needs rv after this.O also enquired about rehoming their two cats as they may need to do this due to visa concerns, advised we have some contacts in rescue however with Snow's medical issues we would really want to have a clearer diagnosis and plan if possible to improve the chance of her finding a rescue and home.
