BIB Elisa- Toffee been visiting for Beransa , cartrophen with Mr and o not clear on management- 6mo chronic meds check due now, discussion on ongoing management of osteoarthritis- noticed lump R lateral flank - irreg thickening with central ulcerated area - suspicious of grass seed abscess?? o has been finding grass seeds in coat, v comfortable on palpation/not sore- well in self o'wise, rel comfortable with OA - advise ok continuing with Beransa and Cartrophen - both monthly - option to add 4CYTE, Antinol Plus, mobility diet - info/handouts on above for information and changed email contact for Elisa instead of Mr as he doesn't pass on info-Beransa 30mg s/c (20mg B: 798115, exp 5/2026 + 10mg (B: 798118, exp 5/2026)- Cartrophen 1.5ml s/c- next 6mo review coincide with annual vacc/health check, monthly boosters with nurse in interim- estimate for sedation and exploration R flank/chest - req lancing and flush/explore

History:DUDE wnl. Jan 24 xrays- Flexed lateral and A-P both elbows- degenerative joint disease bilateralLateral and A-P both shoulder- calcification both biceps tendonsRFL - started 22/12 getting better, couldn't lift it up to scratching. Is weight bearing but more ginger. Happened suddenly, was at the coffee shop and back on leash, dog park a bit but nothing crazy. Then sore that night. Hard to gauge cranial drawer due to anxiety.
