11/03/2026 Last 3 days has been coughing and sneezing and R eye is watering although the eye has been watering for 3-4 weeks. Still eating fine and no vomiting or diarrhea. No open mouth breathing and no heavy breathing when asleep still purrig. Not desexed yet as delayed due to inc liver enzyme on bloods. Has scratches as is outdoor cat although O has had inside last 4 days Numerous scratches over cat. thickened jowl and around head as not desexed. Right eye is waterng but no redness cornea clear and PLR is normal. Ears okay. LNs normal abdo palp nad. heart sounds normal and lungs sound okay no sneezing or coughing in con Poss cat flu, hairball, asthma neoplasia?? Recommend bloods and start antibiotics and anti-inflamm if bloods okay. INI will need chest xrays
