Plan: Discussed ddx for urinary signs with Michael. Bladder currently empty, so unable to obtain sample for urinalysis. Will treat symptomatically with clavulox (250mg PO BID x 7days), however INI to discomfort, or if recurrent signs in future, next step sample for C&S. Discussed ddx for V+ also. May be linked to urinary discomfort, but if any worsening GI signs recommend revisit.
