Recommendation: Marcus was advised to trial anti-nausea for 3-4 days for aid Banjo's appetite, Comments: It was a pleasure to see Banjo today. We withheld Banjo's treatment due to Bajo's hyporexia and the acute onset of diarrhoea. Additionally, the persistent thrombocytopenia persists; whether it is related to Bajo's lymphoma or bone marrow suppression secondary to chemotherapy is unknown at this time. A brief FAST survey was performed, which did not reveal any evidence of chest effusion, indicating that the current treatment has been effective. We will see Banjo again in 3 weeks' time. Please feel free to call or email if you have any further queries regarding Banjo.
