Bilateral otitis externa - mixed infection <br>- Right ear: rod infection<br>- Left ear: cocci/yeast infection <br>- ears cleaned bilaterally with otoflush <br>- momentamax ultra applied applied to both ears<br>- Return in 2 weeks to recheck ears and confirm infection resolved<br>- May need second treatment if infection not resolved<br><br>Plan: <br>- Recheck appointment in 2 weeks to assess ear infection resolution<br>- If ears not improving or worsening, return sooner</p> </div> </div> </div></html>
