JH - Sedation for cast change Owner says doing well. Mild excoriation proximal caudal thigh - fixomol dressing applied to protect this area Photographed standing on this leg and holding the right (tumour) leg up Owner says ACP is working well. Sedation (IV methadone 0.9 mL and ACP 0.3 mL).12 + 11ml Propofol to affect 1) cast removed - stayed in placed relatively well., no pressures sore noticed. Cast replaced. Stirrups placed. Then cooton wool, 10cm x3 then stretchy gauze x2 then cast reapplied. Elstaplast around cats to keep together. Then covered on vet wrap. Elastoplast boot made 2) dress removed from RHL. WOund still toghether, mild inflammation but look healthy. Looks to be healing well. New dressing applied. Remove in 3 days - O canb do Plan: cast change: Wednesday?
