No cataracts bilaterally. No peri-ocular swellingPeripheral lymph nodes: No peripheral lymphadenopathyIntegument: Negative skin tent, clean coat. No uticaria or hives present. Cardiovascular: SSFP, no arrhythmia or murmur. Respiratory: No crackles or wheezes, no respiratory effort. Abdominal: No abdominal pain, no organomegaly, no fluid wave. Musculoskeletal: Ambulatory on all 4 limbs, full MSK exam not conducted..Rectal: NADUrogenital: NADNeurological: No pain on spinal palpation, no cervical pain on manipulation, WNL proprioception, mild hunched posture.Assessment & Plan:1. Post-vaccination reaction- Possible anaphylactic reaction vs anxiety/pain response.- Discussed options including CBC/CRP/Biochem/POCUS(would require sedation given anxiety) VERSUS gabapentin for anxiety/pain, and niramine injection (antihistamine) then monitor at home or in hospital- Owner elected to proceed with niramine injection and gabapentin then monitor at home- Gabapentin 100mg BID PO for 3 days- Niramine 0.5mL given S/C- If still symptoms persist or worsen, return to UVTHS or GP.
