itching alot Hx: has been actching frantically chest and neck In consult will scratch uder jaw - and squeal O stopped chicken as thought this was making Nala itchy but she has always eaten chicken and not had this recation Exam: Hr 120 , no murmur or arrythmias, MM pink moist CRT <2sec Abdo palp wnls Skin : Ventral neck : mild erythema, no alopecia Tape prep - occasional yeast and cocci m epithelial cells +++ EEN nad , did not look down ears Oral : mild calculus across canines and upper carnasials No swelling around ventral neck and jaw Assessment: Dermatitis Discussed TRA vs jw pain can be other diferentilas but at this stage oral cavity does not look this severe t Plan: Start malaseb wash 10 min contact time TIW for 3 weeks ventral nek Cytopoint 10mg SC for itch INI r/v Recc dental under GA - estimate printed for O
