SR approved Blood in urine at park noticed this morning by O. just been on large walk and towards the end started urinating blood Eating an drinking well norma stool no vomiting very bright and otherwise acting nrmal no straining when urinating urinartes lots on walks normally utd nexgard spectra PE abdo palp soft and comfortable grade 3 dd temp 39.4 panting euhydrated chest clear heart normal POCUS - urinary no FF, bladder wall very thick and bladder empty kidneys look normal, no stones visible at this stage suspect UTI vs other inflammatory vs neoplastic cannot gt sample so treating based on suspicion first plan amoxycvla 375mg BID for 1 week cannot get sample today as empty - if no change then need to wait a few days post AB course to get proper sample ideally. if declined further though at home then recheck friday and potential admit to hosp
