10/03/2026 Here for vacc but few days ago had some chicken (often causes a problem), had some colitis/diarrhoea/straining/grass eating. ) SEttled and fine for few days, diarrhoea again today. O has used probiotic capsules to resolve things in past. Steak, rice, carrot, spinach, brocolli and Hypo. O wants teeth checked. Skin on/off. Does lick paws and ventral abdo at times- o uses neocort and this settles it quickly. Monthly ST Eyes fine, ears fine, teeth good but canines have some tartar by gingival line g1-2/4, pink mms, crt 1s,lns ok, hr 116, no murmur, abd nad, little overweight, skin currently ok-mild brown staining from licking on front feet but hair is quite long, skin looks fine, declined nails/ags Tx-v good for vacc -o will try brushing teeth -consider bit more wt loss-13kg good. -prokolin as needed, try to be more strict with diet as sounds like could be dietary indiscretion/sensitivity going on 10/03/2026 Vaccine: BRONCHI-SHIELD III Batch: 5267026B Expiry: 23-Apr-2027 Next Due: 09-Mar-2027
