Appointment Reason: Post Op Checkup, Appointment Notes: apBoth wounds have broken down.Admit for resuture.acp/meth premed, alfaxan induction and isoflurane maintenance.light debridement and flush on both sides followed by 3 layer stitch up with 3/0 pds.Note the left side has some devitalised anal sphincter and this may contribute to anal incontinence.Gave Cytopoint to prevent pruritis and dispense 300mg gabapentin tid .Check Monday unless problems before.Extra pain relief can be achieved by paracetomol, 0.25 tablets every 8 hours. (tablet being 500mg)
