if still d+ and abdo pain, consider faecal testing, repeat abdo imaging +/d+ dx, ongoing suspected GI IBD disease vs acute infecfious, vs creon reltaed. owner stopped CREON Saturday, feces become quote oily as per owner report. then d+ thaat day. improved since then. stopped eating his meat, only eating canned food. P; increase pred 5mg SID >> continue off creon for now. send away feces for testing. INB, may need repeat imaging ect.

current medication: 1. creon 10000 SID for suscept EPI2. pred 2.5mg SID for chronic enteropathysee prev notes, had positive response to creon before. however since the d+ episode recently O noticed Louis showing signs of discomfort when on creon. O wondering whether can stop the medication or not. O has stopped giving creon since fridayhypoexia since last visit: off usual diet (lamb, kangeroo) and will only eat small amount of ziwi wet lamb cannoticed greasy soft faeces yesterday with blood mucus A; - chronic enteropathy - CKD- steatorrhea from EPI?P; hold stool sample for potential PCRo to continue pred 2.5mg PO today and monitor clinical signs blood for cobalamin b12? continue creon but lower dose? metronidazole trial?

owner reports urinating much more than usual 4-5times a day seems normal amounts. dirnking around 150ml water a day. pred 5mg SID for the past week while flarup, but normally on 5mg EOD.Feces are now back to normal. O; UTBH per usual. cannot go near for bloods. sedate iso mask: PCV/tp: 48/69Lytes: all WNL normal. Ca 2+ boderline low. K, NA all wnl. BG 5.6CREAT see attached, around 250, urea also lsight elevated. bilateral small kidbneyshydration status is good. Renal imaging: L kidney: 3.9cm slight reducition of CM distinction, normal ureters + pelvis. R kidney; 3.7cm, slight reduction CM distinction, normal ureter + pelvis. Bladders wnl, urethra nad. There are no massess/cysts/stones/infarcts ect in both kidneys. Liver and stomach also looked at while sedated and NAD apperaance A: likely CKD. Tx; continue pred 2.5mg SID chronic enteropathy. creon 10000 SID likely EPI (positive response since treatment trial) IBDP; home, ckd discussed, send website for home cookiend renal diet s VNG. rehcek bloods q3-6months.
