DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS
LAB Skin cytology -> bacteria and neutrophils ventral abdomne and axilla ; Superficial pyoderma
Interdigital area -> low numbers bacteria
TREATMENT Cytopoint inj 30mg monthly
Cephacin 600mg bid x 21 days
Pyohex shampoo weekly and apply Pyohex lotion daily also for 21 days to affected areas
