CT request Wellness Check Up - Increased RR HISTORY: dx: DR Geoff B2 heart disease April 2024 has been progressive in last scan vet medin 5mg 1/2 bid Onwer has been monitoring RR this week has been up as high as 40 presviously around 20 , slightly more coughing seems unsettled sitting up more , doesnt want to lie down dental GA 1 month ago , no fluids during or anaesethic concerns Examine : happy in consult grade 4-5 murmur hrt rate 150 mm pink refil / 2 teeth look good chest no crackles r laboured breathing procedure blood test urea and creat ok alt slightly elevation alp 1000 has gone up hx of gall bladder disease on Ursiodile procedure : chest xrays showed v/d left and right later significantly enlarge heart and right atrium lung pattern show alveolar pattern particulalry around the perihilar region dx: early CHF pulmonary odema tx: give add frusamide 20mg 1 tablet bid recheck urea and creat in week , advised reultrasound gall bladder also due to increase in alp . ' owner to monitor RR closely and cough and call immediately if up advised low salt food.
